Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with the labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order as soon as it is received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.

Exceptions or non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or custom items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous products, flammable liquids or gases. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding a specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

14-day reflection period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with the labels, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned: perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom-made or personalized items, opened personal care products (cosmetics, etc.), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and then place a separate order once the return has been accepted.

Right of Withdrawal — European Union (14 days)

If you reside in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the date you receive the last item in your order, without having to provide a reason.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal: Log in to your customer account and submit your request from the “Orders” section. If you placed your order using only a phone number (without an email address), use the return link in your order confirmation text message. You can also contact us by email at contact@eskuajuggling.com.

Returning the Product: Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise specified by us.

Refund: We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product (or proof of shipment, if earlier). The refund includes the product price as well as the standard shipping costs originally paid (excluding any additional fees associated with a premium shipping method chosen by the customer). The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or significantly personalized, to products that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, or to perishable products.

Refunds (outside the EU)
